The organization is actively seeking a Community Outreach and Homeownership Manager to join their team to lead community outreach and engagement, program development and management, homeownership and education, administration and operations, collaboration and partnerships, and reporting and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with major coursework in community development, housing policy and planning, real estate and property management, business or related field; and proven experience providing community services programming in one of the following areas: planning, program management, financial literacy, policy and advocacy, communications, marketing, social services, affordable housing, community development, public administration, mortgage lending or housing counseling.
Compensation Range: $75,000/yr + benefits

Apple Seeds is actively seeking a passionate and experienced Development Director to join their team. As the Development Director, you will play a crucial role in achieving the organizations annual contributed income goals and marketing/communication objectives. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the Board, to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and maintain the integrity of the Apple Seeds brand. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a proven track record of success in major gifts, corporate and foundation giving, and special events.

Toward this end, Mount Sequoyah is actively recruiting a Director of Sales and Marketing who will be responsible for supporting the organizations mission through increasing awareness of Mount Sequoyah in general and for all programs, events, and spaces. This role will primarily promote event space and lodging facility usage for individuals and groups. The Director will ensure solid annual sales and marketing plans to meet and increase participation and sales using all marketing and communication vehicles available. This position is also responsible for planning, organizing, and budgeting for all sales and marketing functions of the organization and will work with the current Organizational Development Officer, CEO, and COO to implement a cohesive brand standard, messaging, and aesthetic for all programs and operations.
Compensation Range: $40,000 – $58,000/yr

AACF is actively seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising efforts in Northwest Arkansas to raise unrestricted funds to support AACF’s mission to ensure all children and their families have the resources and opportunities to lead healthy and productive lives and to realize their full potential. Fundraising efforts will not only support AACF’s current work, but also the long-term stability of AACF. Specific job duties include stewardship of individual donors and corporate donors along with coordinating fundraising events such as AACF’s annual Soup Sunday event in Northwest Arkansas. The person who holds this position must support AACF’s equity statement and be committed to supporting equity in all areas of the work.
Compensation Range: $80,000 – $100,000/yr + benefits
