- Annual salary of $40,000-50,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications

If so, you might be the ideal candidate for the Program Manager position at Apple Seeds! This role will be tasked with being the gardener of young minds, planting seeds of knowledge through curriculum-based field trips and in-school programs during the school year. The workload will stretch across Northwest Arkansas, cultivating students’ understanding of the importance of nutritious foods and healthy lifestyles.
During the summer, you’ll continue to water these seeds of wisdom, leading garden-based cooking camps, farm-to-table cooking classes, and the teen service learning program.
Pay and Benefits:
- Annual salary of $38,000-45,000; commensurate with experience & qualifications
- Health insurance is available for full-time employees who have been employed for 60 days or more. Apple Seeds will pay 50% of the premium for employees on this policy. Team members also have the opportunity to add additional family members onto the policy for an additional cost.
- 10 days of paid vacation, 10 days of holiday vacation, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year
Apple Seeds is also hiring a Program Assistant who will report directly to the Senior Program Manager while also receiving shared supervision from the Program Manager.

The Nutrition Education Program VISTA at Apple Seeds will support the enhancement and expansion of school and community-based programs by developing and enhancing relationships with area schools, organizations, and individuals within the community to help Apple Seeds secure needed organizational support and program partners. The VISTA responsibilities include enhancing systems for program scheduling, survey distribution, data analysis, training of volunteers and interns, and program implementation refinements.
