The DEI Community Task Force will seek to examine and address issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion with the goal of ensuring Bentonville is welcoming and that all feel a part of the community.

About the Bentonville Together Campaign

The City of Bentonville is initiating a new campaign called Bentonville Together to:

  • Increase understanding of local diverse representation, backgrounds and cultures;
  • Identify ways inclusion and equitable approaches may support Bentonville’s community vision; and
  • Provide guidance for meaningful and transformative actions with the goal of ensuring the City of Bentonville is welcoming and inclusive of all.

Working together, the City will coordinate, encourage, and implement initiatives and activities to learn, listen, and lead (details about approach linked below) to promote an inclusive community that reflects the rich and diverse experiences and cultures throughout Bentonville.
