Know someone spreading care and building trust in Benton or Washington County? They could be one of 20 people to receive a $5,000 Weaver Award. Nominate them or apply by July 13, 2025.
Weaving NW Arkansas
Weaving NWA, the local chapter of the Aspen Institute’s Weave: The Social Fabric Project, uplifts and empowers local leaders who are quietly rebuilding social connection and trust in our community. The group supports and celebrates those who are building a stronger, more caring, and more connected Northwest Arkansas.
As part of this effort, they are seeking nominations for the 2025 Weaver Awards. A weaver is anyone who is actively working to strengthen the social fabric of the local community—folks known for bringing neighbors together to tackle a shared need. A local advisory group will choose twenty weavers to receive $5,000 each to advance their projects that weave a tighter community.
